Responsibility:

  • Launch of New products / brands in Advanced Wound Care Management having exposure with Gen Surgeon, Onco Surg, Vascular Surgeon and Plastic Surgeon.

  • Develop marketing strategy for launching brands with complete details of marketing mix (Brand Plan)

  • Effective communication strategy for greater brand visibility having clear product positioning

  • Develop scientifically relevant, customer orientated collateral and campaign for respective brands

  • Timely delivery of promotional inputs to bran ambassadors with well-defined promotional calendar

  • Plan and organize CME programs and Camps in association with medical team

  • Should be able to develop a good relationship with all stakeholders for effective operation management (Regulatory, medical, purchase, production, design and finance)

  • 14 to 18 days of mandatory field work to gather market insights, mentor sales team in effective in-clinic communication.
