Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and user-centered Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for creating visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other departments to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative and expressive graphics for the company.

• Design beautiful, interesting, and effective graphics that emphasize the company and its products.

• Strategize designs that elicit a positive response, communicate important ideas, and reflect company values.

• Integrate company values into design work to effectively demonstrate the nature of the company and attract customers.

• Consult with management to ensure designs adhere to company standards, express desired ideas, and accurately represent products.

• Innovate new and exciting visual designs that capture the target market’s attention and highlight essential aspects of the product.

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and incorporating user feedback.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

• Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.

• Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.

• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness issues.

• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.

• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance the user experience.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Photoshop.

• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.

• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and UI/UX skills.

• 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and UI/UX.

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.

• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

• Knowledge of front-end development principles and responsive design is a plus.

• Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.

• Understanding accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
