We are Hiring Junior FB/Google media Buyers with 1-3 years’ experience in running Campaigns for Growth Partners and clients:
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for working with the team to run campaigns for our Online Coaching/ eCommerce clients.

Job Responsibilities
Own complete operations on FB from campaign creation to reporting.
Leverage the Facebook ecosystem for acquisition/retention and engagement to maximize ROI.
Leverage FB targeting option to identify best-performing audience cohorts.
Campaigns creation and end-to-end execution - TG, ads, copywriting, number crunching.
A clear understanding of CPA, CPI, CTR, CPM, CPC, and other funnel metrics
Track and measure performance at different levels and come up with actionable insights.
Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings
Aware of Facebook’s latest best practices & guidelines announced by Facebook for better ad results. Should know how to work on FB for better results within the realm of FB’s acceptable optimizations.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook ads platform and hands-on marketer having large scale campaigns for e-commerce vertical including A / B testing ads
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
Skills
Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
Should be a self-learner & a quick grasper.
Should be analytical and creative.
