Position Overview:

About the Role: We are looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support and manage key operational processes for Stader's DeFi ecosystem. The ideal candidate will ensure that all decentralized applications (dApps) and systems run smoothly, while working closely with various stakeholders, including node operators, engineering teams, and off-chain job monitors. This role will involve regular tracking of important metrics, executing withdrawal finalizations, managing content , and providing critical support for scrum and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

DeFi Metrics Management:

• Regularly update and track DeFi APR (Annual Percentage Rate) and TVL (Total Value Locked) metrics across all Stader dApps.

• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial metrics.

Operational Oversight:

• Handle CMS (Content Management System) operations, ensuring consistent content updates and smooth functionality across Stader dApps.

• Understand the functionality of Stadernode, providing support to resolve node operator queries and ensure timely communication and resolutions.

System Monitoring & Reporting:

• Periodically review dApp operations and address any issues to ensure all systems are functioning as expected.

• Escalate operational issues to relevant stakeholders when necessary.

Data & Dashboard Reviews:

• Regularly review Dune and Grafana dashboards to ensure data accuracy and operational performance are on track.

Scrum & Team Collaboration:

• Provide support for scrum management, following up with engineering teams and facilitating effective collaboration across departments.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of experience in a Product related role.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business.

• Prior experience working with metrics tracking, CMS management, and system monitoring.

• Ability to handle multiple operational tasks and coordinate across various stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues proactively.

• Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

• Good to have: Some understanding of DeFi ecosystems and blockchain operations.

• Good to have: Experience working with data tools such as Dune Analytics, Grafana, and other similar platforms.
