Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our trailblazing mission. We've secured funding from some of the world's foremost investors, and we're ready for the exciting journey that lies ahead. Will you join us?

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to define and execute the product roadmap.

• Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to identify user pain points and potential areas of improvement.

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to inform product strategy and prioritize features.

• Feature Prioritization: Assist in defining the prioritization of new features and improvements based on business and customer impact.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics to track product performance and ensure the team is building the right features.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product alignment and successful go-to-market strategies.

• Documentation: Help in writing product specifications, user stories, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in product management, with a preference for candidates with experience in B2B SaaS platforms.

• Ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product ideas and collaborate across teams.

• Basic knowledge of product development cycles and familiarity with SaaS technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Prior experience in software development/coding is good to have.
