The role pertains to the Platform Team in Aereo whose charter is to build and maintain our cloud-based enterprise SaaS platform, Aereo Cloud. Aereo Cloud is a powerful platform which enables organizations to store, manage, visualize and analyze their drone-based geospatial data at PB-scale and generate critical and actionable business insights based on this data.

Years of Experience: 1+ years of experience as Business Analyst / Associate Product Manager.

You Would Be Part Of

• Defining the strategy, roadmap, workflows and tools that are used to ingest, maintain and deliver geo-spatial data at scale for our users

• Establishing the vision for next generation geo-spatial data management dashboards. Translate long-term vision into clear actionable next steps for engineering teams

• Efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our users, solving technical and operational problems as they relate to product development

• Building alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Data Processing, GIS Analysts, Subject Matter Experts etc.) and internal stakeholders

• Communicating concisely with engineering and product leadership and influence our tech strategy

• Developing the product roadmap and build consensus on prioritization which drives product execution

• Creating processes for collecting feedback from users and prioritizing requests across an expanding number of internal stakeholders

• Delivering high-quality new products and features while improving the reliability of what already exists

We Expect You To Be

• Demonstrating empathy for key user pain points

• Having strong written and verbal communication ability

• Enthusiastic, energetic and eager to learn

• Having done at least 1 internship previously in software engineering, marketing or product management

• Extremely organized and able to quickly digest and organize complex information

• Having an awareness of good software UI/UX practices

• Having a basic understanding of sales and marketing

• Have a background in software engineering with hands-on coding experience

• Are involved in extracurricular activities and college-level festival/event management activities

• Have dabbled in your own startup ideas with your friends
