The purpose of this project is to assess the communication skills of potential Customer Service Specialists for ibex. through three deliverables: an email response, a ticket-raising exercise and an audio response. The outcome is to determine if applicants meet the necessary criteria for the role, which includes but is not limited to excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills.
